Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data PROSEOGO processes, why, for how long, and what rights you have. We deliberately collect the minimum needed to run the service - and nothing more.
Who we are
PROSEOGO ("we") is an online service that shows how a website appears in search engines and in responses generated by AI assistants. The service is operated by the Traffic Pro team.
Traffic Pro also helps businesses improve their SEO and GEO visibility, address identified issues, and increase the likelihood of their brands appearing in search-engine and AI-assistant responses.
What data we collect
The service processes only the following data:
- The website address (URL) you submit for a check, and the results of that check. They are stored so that your permanent report link keeps working.
- A salted hash of your IP address. The original IP address is not stored: the hash is used only to enforce fair daily limits and protect the service from abuse.
- An anonymous session identifier in a cookie (see the next section), used for the same daily limits.
- Your email address, and optionally your name and a contact, only if you submit them yourself through the form - always together with your explicit consent.
How we use the data
We use the data above only to:
- run the check you requested and show you the report;
- keep your permanent report link working;
- protect the service from abuse and enforce fair daily limits (our legitimate interest);
- send you the report and the 30-day re-check to your email, if you requested them and gave consent;
- contact you about the service, if you asked us to.
Who the data is shared with
We do not sell your data, do not share it with anyone for advertising, and do not use third-party analytics or tracking services.
Data is processed only by the technical providers listed in the next section - solely so the service can work.
AI and infrastructure providers
To perform a check, the service sends queries related to the checked website to third-party AI providers: Google (Gemini), OpenAI and Anthropic. These queries concern the website being checked, not you personally.
The service runs on hosting infrastructure: the website on Netlify, the API and the Postgres database on Railway. These providers process data on our behalf as technical infrastructure.
How long we keep data
Check results are kept so that permanent report links keep working.
The salted IP hash is used for daily limits, which look back over 24 hours.
Your email and contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights (GDPR)
At any time you can request:
- access to the data we hold about you;
- correction of inaccurate data;
- deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
- restriction of processing, or withdrawal of a consent you gave earlier.
Unsubscribing and deleting data
Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. You can also simply write to us - we will remove your address and, on request, delete the rest of your data.
We do not send marketing you did not agree to.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Substantial changes never apply retroactively to data collected earlier.
