By using PROSEOGO you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

What the service does

PROSEOGO provides informational reports about how a website appears in search engines and in the answers of AI assistants. A report describes the visibility of a website - it is analytics, not advice, certification or an audit with legal force.

Reports are a snapshot

Reports record observed answers of third-party AI systems at a specific moment. Those systems are outside our control; their answers change over time and can differ between users, regions and phrasings.

A report that is accurate today may look different tomorrow. That is a property of AI systems, not an error of the report.

No guarantees of results

PROSEOGO does not guarantee rankings, mentions, citations, traffic or any business outcome, and no report should be read as such a guarantee.

Decisions you make based on a report are your own decisions.

Acceptable use

You may check any publicly accessible website: the service only reads information that is already open to anyone. When checking, respect the law and the rights of website owners.

It is forbidden to use the service to:

• bypass access restrictions, passwords or other protection of websites;
• attack, overload or otherwise harm websites or the service itself;
• abuse the service, including automated mass checks and attempts to bypass limits;
• any unlawful purpose.

Free service and limits

The free service is provided "as is" and "as available", with daily usage limits. We may change, limit or pause the service at any time without notice.

Third-party AI services

Checks rely on third-party AI systems: Google (Gemini), OpenAI and Anthropic. Their availability, behavior and answers are outside our control, and a check may be delayed or incomplete when such a system is unavailable.

Intellectual property

The PROSEOGO name, design and software belong to their owner. You may use your reports freely, including sharing the report link.

Third-party trademarks

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. PROSEOGO is not affiliated with or endorsed by them; their names are used only to state which systems were observed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROSEOGO is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or decisions made on the basis of reports. The service is free; your sole remedy is to stop using it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new version.
